The White Hut Community Hall’s main hall is available at a day rate and a night rate. Day rates apply until 6pm everyday and are charged at £12.50 per hour. Night rates apply after 6pm everyday and are charged at £15 per hour.

The hirer of the main hall may hire or use their own forms of entertainment such as third party discos, inflatables or photo booths in the Hall but must accept all responsibility for its use or misuse and any resulting injury that may occur. We will make a small fixed surcharge of £5 for each form of entertainment to cover our costs.

Our bar can be hired for a one off payment of £20. This will allow the bar to be open for up to 4 hrs. Extra hours before 7pm can be booked at £7.50 per full hour. Any extension beyond 11pm may be agreed at the time of booking or with the bar manager at a cost of £10 per half hour.

Our most popular booking is a child’s party on Saturday or Sunday and costs just £37.50 for the complete hire before 6pm. This will give you 30 minutes to set up, 2 hours for the party and 30 minutes to finish and clear up, giving 3 hours in total at the Hall.

The meeting room can be hired for £6 per full hour only.

We have different rates for those wishing to use the hall for regular group bookings.  However, this requires a period of probation, normally three months, and a contract with us to attend at regular agreed intervals.
